‘Low-cost’ marketing service for jewellers launches

Redblok, headed up by jewellery industry veteran Daren Daniels, has launched a new marketing service to help jewellers effectively engage with their customer base.

The ‘cost-effective’ service is automated and said to be easy to manage, and it works on a no contract, monthly subscription basis.

The services puts a focus on engagement and benefit, providing automated email marketing which starts from either the jeweller’s website or details captured in store.

According to research by MarketingSherpa, 72% of consumers say that email is their favoured method of communication with companies they buy from. Some 61% say they like to receive promotional emails weekly and 28% want them even more frequently.

Daniels said: “We’re offering jewellery retailers the chance to engage more closely with existing customers while providing them with a base to acquire and retain new customers through engagement. The automated email marketing service requires little or no intervention by the retailer once set up.

“Automated emails, one-off email campaigns, a bespoke Loyalty App and tools to easily capture customer details in-store are just a few of the services we’re offering, with everything handled in the cloud for efficiency and consistent cost-management.”
