Dior adds new pieces to its La Rose collection
The pieces are embellished with white, pink or yellow gold and are frequently set with diamonds
Artistic director Victoire de Castellane has added new pieces to Dior’s La Rose collection, inspired by Christian Dior’s “passion for nature”.
The new range features The Bois de Rose models and the lacquer-finished Diorette creations.
The Bois de Rose models reveal “organic” and “pure” forms of stems and thorns.
Additionally, the pieces are embellished with white, pink or yellow gold and are set with diamonds.
Meanwhile, the Diorette creations with lacquer finishes feature a herbarium composed of an abundance of “radiant tints” interspersed with precious stones.
The collection initially included rings in pink or yellow gold and watches adorned with diamonds, such as the La D de Dior Satine, with a Milanese mesh strap conceived as “a ribbon that tells the time”.
Dior said: “The new pieces are an ode to lush greenery composed by the house’s virtuoso Ateliers.”
