Seksy partners with ITVBe’s TOWIE for summer

Watch brand Seksy by Sekonda is the lead sponsor for hit reality TV show The Only Way is Essex (TOWIE) which returned to ITVBe on Sunday 14th June.

The partnership span the duration of series 15 and continues with series 16 and the Christmas Special later this year.

The deal, negotiated by ITV Commercial, Time Products (UK) Ltd and media agency John Ayling & Associates on behalf of Seksy, includes broadcast and multiplatform sponsorship.

The brand’s idents, created by Springetts and Fin, will accompany the Sunday and Wednesday shows on ITVBe targeting the loyal TOWIE fans to highlight the latest Seksy watch styles; Intense, Intense Rose and Elegance.

Trevor James, brand director of Sekonda and Seksy said: “TOWIE is a social phenomenon and we are thrilled to be a part of it by announcing this new partnership. The show is the perfect match for Seksy consumers, its vibrant young cast and audience reflect Seksy’s statement timepieces impeccably.”

Daryl Leigh, sales manager at ITV added, “TOWIE is now a corner stone of the ITVBe schedule, and a firm favorite of the channels core 16-34 audience. We’re really excited to welcome Sekonda on board as the new sponsor with their SESKY brand, which is a great fit for the show.”

The fourteenth series of TOWIE, broadcast on ITVBe, averaged a consolidated audience of one million viewers and a 5% share of viewing.
