Which aspect of your job do you enjoy and why?

I love multi-tasking and having a job with a wide variety of roles. In my position of design and marketing manager I get to use CAD, design, create adverts, brochures, send quotes for customers and more – every hour brings something different.

Pip BealeProfessionally it is building our bespoke service from scratch and making it into a key part of the business. In my personal life it is having my name printed in a Captain America comic and shaking the hand of Rickie Lambert.

At work Tom Green, chairman of the company, told me to ‘fail quicker’. Mistakes happen, everyone makes them, so brush yourself off and move on to the next new exciting challenge.
