StoneHawk has completed its inaugural smash-and-grab training session following its launch last month.
The security training company which is specifically tailored to the jewellery, watch, pawnbroking, Asian gold and high end retail sectors, was established by Simon Wilson, who has previously served with the Metropolitan Police.
The smash-and-grab training is delivered by director Rob Henderson and further supported by Paul Campbell, who are both experienced professionals in the security sector.
This week, the company gave its first training session to Hatton Garden jeweller Heera Diamonds.
Available nationally, StoneHawk’s four-hour training is delivered at the client’s showroom or dedicated training location and aims to minimise on business downtime, staff abstraction and travel costs.
Additional focus is also placed on preserving the scene to support the police investigation. The course is designed to reduce the loss of stock, minimise the risk of injury, address the trauma associated with this crime, minimise on staff abstraction and to reduce business crime nationally.
