The National Association of Jewellers (NAJ) has appointed Victoria Louise as its new membership liaison.

Louise brings years of experience in the jewellery industry, having previously worked at V by Laura Vann as a global sales representative and Espree jewellery, where she was a member of the development team.

Furthermore, Louise won the trade association’s Sales Person of the Year award due to her time as UK sales manager at Lucy Quartermaine, where she focused on increasing brand awareness and customer relationships.

Speaking about her new position, Louise said: “I am thrilled to be at the heart of the industry in my role.

“The NAJ has so much to offer its members and I love that I can be a part of supporting jewellers both in the UK and internationally. Throughout my career it has been people and their passion that made me fall in love with the world of jewellery.”

Scott Williams, head of the NAJ’s Membership Services, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Victoria to the Federation membership team.

“Her background within the jewellery industry will help us to deliver enhanced levels of service to NAJ and Federation community members.”
