Dior launches Dior Grand Soir Automate watch line

The designs retail for between £28,000 and £31,000

French jeweller Dior has launched its new line of watches titled “Dior Grand Soir Automate”.

The line has three different versions of the watch which is part of the overall Dior Grand Soir line. This line has been released every year since 2012.

The brand said “creative freedom, aesthetic audacity and technical virtuosity” characterise this collection that explores the dreamlike worlds dear to Christian Dior.

The watches are cased in 36 mm in steel with a steel crown and an engraved CD logo. They also include a pink gold bezel set with 52 brilliant-cut 1.30 carat diamonds.

The steel caseback has sapphire crystal glass and silver-plated Dior logo and an anti-glare sapphire crystal.

The aventurine, mother-of-pearl dial is made from 18 carat yellow gold and the hour and minute hands are made from 18 carat pink gold.

The designs retail for between £28,000 and £31,000.
