Beaverbrooks upgrades Whittles Preston Rolex service centre
The upgrade now means that all of the retailer’s three Rolex authorised showrooms, Whittles, Loupe and Lyons, have the enhanced facilities
Beaverbrooks has announced that it has upgraded the Rolex service centre at its Whittles, Preston store.
The newly enhanced service centre features a bespoke client viewing area in the workshop.
The 707 sq ft state of the art facility uses the latest Rolex accredited tools and instruments.
Whittles’ four Rolex-trained watchmakers, with a combined 78 years of experience, have all successfully completed comprehensive in-house training provided by Rolex.
Nick Bucknell, head of retail and operations for the service centres, said, “We are delighted to provide clients with a unique, personalised service in our beautiful new Rolex Authorised Service Centre at Whittles in Preston.
“We are incredibly proud to offer every type of servicing operation for a Rolex, from full services, which include complete overhauls of movements, cases, and bracelets, to more specific operations, such as bracelet adjustments and case refinishing.”
He added: “We now have a brand new, state-of-the-art upscaled facility boasting a modern workshop environment, with experienced watchmakers onsite. The viewing area offers clients a truly bespoke aftersales service, where watch owners and horology enthusiasts can witness first-hand the passion, dedication, expertise and craftsmanship of our four watchmakers at work.”
