Michel Herbelin bids to ‘reconquer’ the UK watch market

Michel Herbelin French Watchmaking Studio has acquired its long-standing distributor Michel Herbelin UK as a directly controlled subsidiary.

The acquisition in early February signalled a “dynamic strategy to win over a new generation of British watch lovers”.

The current Michel Herbelin UK team will remain in place, rolling out the new strategy with more active support from the Michel Herbelin French Watchmaking Studio in its daily operations.

The group said by maximising its presence it hopes to establish its brand strategy in Europe and has “every confidence in the Michel Herbelin UK team to succeed in these new developments and reach its objectives”.
