The Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) has announced that silver jewellery brand, Lucy Quartermaine, has achieved Certification against its 2019 Code of Practices (COP).

The RJC COP is the global standard for the responsible jewellery and watch industry, focusing on business ethics and responsible supply chains.

Lucy Quartermaine’s COP covers all the primary minerals and metals used in the manufacture of jewellery. This includes gold, silver, platinum group metals, diamonds, and coloured gemstones.

Lucy Quartermaine, founder of the jewellery brand, said: “We strive to work with trusted and reputable suppliers and do all we can to ensure the ethical sourcing of metals used in our designs.

“We are delighted to have been certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council as it is a very important reassurance and recognition of our principles.”
