Andrew Geoghegan launches new Emergence collection

Andrew Geoghegan has launched a new collection of engagement rings, titled ‘Emergence’, inspired by a hag stone worn by Geoghegan’s wife.

According to Geoghegan, the collection’s figure-of-eight shape symbolises “strength and transformation”.

The Emergence engagement rings will be available in platinum, 14ct and 18ct golds using white double sided rose cut diamonds and melee.

Geoghagen said: “For centuries, hag stones have been believed to possess magical properties, with their naturally occurring holes created by the erosive forces of seas and rivers. As a result, many women have adopted them to celebrate their transformation and coming through challenges.

“The double-sided rose-cut diamond, the collection’s centrepiece, is set to perfection, with Andrew’s vision of looking through the figure-of-eight ring to see into the hypnotic world of diamond.
