Alice Van Cal has announced the launch of its Valentine’s Day collection based around the theme of self love.
The collection mainly features pieces designed with pink sapphires or rubies. Pieces featured in the collection include a pair of love heart shaped earrings, the Heart Halo pink sapphires in 18K rose gold.
There is also the Ortus bracelet with diamond and pink sapphires in 18K rose gold.
Alongside the Ortus bracelet the collection features the Union bracelet, which is made with ruby diamonds in 18K rose gold.
The designer believes that pink sapphires are a reflection of its core values, symbolising “self-compassion and nurturing energy”.
Furthermore, it believes that rubies radiate “fiery vibrance, embodying passion, courage, and motivation”.
Alice Van Cal, founder, said: “I believe self-love and fulfilment start with being authentic and honest with ourselves. While it’s not always easy to listen to our instincts and embrace our truth, it’s the path that leads to true self-acceptance. Self-love is simply the act of valuing, nurturing, and forgiving ourselves without judgment.
“It’s about recognising our worth beyond mistakes, appearances, or societal pressures. When we practice self-love, we see that others’ behaviour is not personal but a reflection of their own perceptions. This understanding brings clarity, ease, and a deeper sense of harmony to our lives.”
