Officers investigating a burglary at a Bournemouth jewellers have issued a CCTV image of the suspect.

At approximately 10.45am on Thursday 11 April 2019 a man entered Ilaria Smart Luxury on Wimborne Road in the Winton area of the town. While inside he distracted staff before stealing two rings and a necklace.

According to the police, the suspect wore a “distinctive body warmer” with a Weston Rugby Club logo on it and the initials MF.Police appeal following robbery at Bournemouth jewellers

Police constable Ryan Ward said: “I am issuing a CCTV image of this man in the hope that someone can recognise him. I would ask anyone with information to please contact Dorset Police.”
