Burhouse Limited launches new website

Burhouse Ltd., the well known wholesale distributor of jewellery making findings, gemstone beads and cabochons has relaunched its website www.burhouse.com.

Burhouse Ltd. has supported the jewellery design industry for over 45 years in West Yorkshire, supplying high quality plated findings, chains, gemstone beads and cabochons as well as featuring one of the largest selections of sterling silver findings in the UK.

After 12 years of online selling to an established trade base, the new website has resolved the many limitations of the previous site and incorporated an open front end allowing any user to access wholesale prices and the catalogue of over 10,000 products.

  • Wholesale prices with quantity break discounts
  • Trade accounts for verified businesses
  • Customized price lists for trade customers
  • Full range of children’s Pipkits available both at retail and wholesale
  • Faster browsing times
  • Showroom visit –  booking facility

Launching the new website, Burhouse Ltd. MD, Louise MacLeod, said: “It was time to upgrade our old website and we have taken the opportunity to review our existing business and focus our efforts on creating an online platform that everyone can access and purchase our products from. We decided to close our retail website Beadhouse.co.uk. and direct customers to our new website.

“The new site allows everyone to buy at our great wholesale prices but also offers trade customers the extra perks they have come to enjoy over the years, including further account discounts, free postage offers and access to our clearance lines. The internet has changed the nature of selling in our industry and we are now prepared for the future and excited for the next stage of the business.”
