Theo Fennell has announced that it will be reopening its Fulham Road flagship boutique on 16 June, following the latest government guidelines for store openings.
The fine jewellery and silverware boutique will be opening on a by-appointment basis for two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 11am and 4pm, until further notice.
In its latest update, the brand said that it would take “every appropriate measure” to ensure the safety of customers and employees, whilst ensuring the “experience continues to be both immersive and luxurious”.
For those who are unable to visit the boutique, Theo Fennell is offering video appointments with its retail team, who will be on-hand to assist with any enquiries surrounding bespoke projects and ready-to-wear designs.
Theo Fennell said: “I have been very proud of how the team has worked so well in lockdown. We have created workbenches, studios and offices in our homes and so been able to service our bespoke customers and make new work.
“We have communicated with each other daily and delivered everything possible on time. I want to give many thanks to the trade for being so supportive through this and hope everything will be back to normal soon.”
He added: “I do hope everyone is well and safe. Next Tuesday we are opening the gallery for two days a week to see how that goes. In these strange times much needs to be played by ear.
“We have made some wonderful things over the past weeks and thanks again to our team and the trade and our fabulous customers who have been so patient and supportive.”
