A Cirencester jewellery store in Cirencester is set to permanently close its doors, according to local reports.

The jewellery store, Goldsmiths, is located in the centre of the town, and has announced that it will cease trading this Saturday (9 October).

While its staff have been made redundant, they told the Wilts and Gloucestershire Standard that they “would love to see any of their customers before they go”.

A staff member told the paper: “If any clients are in the area and they’d like to pop in and say hello and goodbye, they’d be absolutely welcome.

“Unfortunately it’s the end of the road. But if there’s anything we can help anyone with in the meantime, do pop in.”
