Hirsch has introduced a new home shopping service called Hirsh Time which allows customers to “try before you buy”.
The jewellers complimentary service is currently available to any Hirsh customers that can be reached by the Hirsh Taxi.
The Hirsh Time feature allows customers to choose up to three pieces of jewellery, with an additional piece chosen by the Hirsh team as a token “wild card” that they think the customer will like.
The pieces will then be packed into a hamper and delivered via the Hirsh Taxi directly to the customer. The hamper will also contain a scented candle and homemade Earl Grey caramels “offering a personalised shopping touch”.
Hirsh employees will be available on video call to discuss any of the pieces in more detail with some of the group’s experts.
To return any items, the process involves placing it back into the hamper for the taxi driver, who will be there on hand for same-day returns.
