TechnoMarine scoops Best Watchmaking Campaign 2011

Held in Geneva last month, the Montres Passion Awards presented watch brand TechnoMarine with the ‘Best Watchmaking Campaign’ accolade, within the film and cyber category, acknowledging the “creativity and cool appeal as well as concept originality and high-quality production,” of the brand’s campaign.

Launched at Baselworld this year, the campaign was designed by Jean-Marc Loubier of TechnoMarine along with Paris-based creative agency TBWA Being. Featuring a series of portraits in which the subjects wear the watches as an eye patch, TechnoMarine described it as “remarkable and authentic; fun and sincere; unexpected yet obvious; beautiful and special.”
