The integrated refining system allows for greater quantities of metal to be refined without the need for additional heat, making it much more efficient and reducing its environmental impact.

Production of waste products is cut thanks to a fume reduction system, which makes the product one of the most environmentally-sound refining machines available.

“Our new cutting edge equipment not only allows us to operate more efficiently, but now means that we are able to cater to businesses that require larger quantities of metals processing,” said Roy Massey, director at Capella Manufacturing Ltd.

“Although it can be adapted to refine many different precious metals, we anticipate that the new integrated refining system will be predominantly used to refine varying grades and purities of gold.”

Capella’s MD Kevin Bloor added: “Having developed a strong reputation for quality and service within the industry, and with the demand for Capella’s services continuing to grow, this investment will have a huge impact on our ability to upscale the business.”
