Bill Skinner, the fashion jewellery brand, has opened its first international store in China with the launch of a Shanghai premises.
Located in Raffles City shopping centre in the heart of Shanghai, the store features the entire current Bill Skinner range. The store celebrated its opening on Thursday 24 August.
Toby Skinner, managing director, said: “We are delighted to be opening our first international store in Shanghai. It’s an extremely exciting time for the brand and it’s fitting that our first international store is in such an exciting and vibrant city.”
To celebrate the opening Bill Skinner hosted a traditional English tea party with bejewelled cakes and edible trinkets to welcome guests, before officially opening the store where the team were on hand to deliver expert advice to ensure the finest customer experience.
The Shanghai store complements an existing shop-in-shop concept in Raffles City Hangzhou opened at the start of the year and it is hoped to expand the store concept with a number of other locations throughout China in the next two years.
