Family-owned national diamond, jewellery and watch retailer, Beaverbrooks, has invested £900,000 in its new upsized York store and has introduced the city’s first Tag Heuer Boutique.
The brand new store and the Tag Heuer Boutique, is situated in York’s bustling Davygate, where shoppers have access to a selection of the luxury Swiss watch brand’s “most anticipated” launches and heritage pieces.
Beaverbrooks’ experts will showcase the brand’s extensive diamond and bridal jewellery, by assisting customers with their ring purchases in a private consultation area, “positioning Beaverbrooks as a true diamond and wedding destination in York”.
Shoppers will also be able to browse Beaverbrooks’ latest diamond jewellery collection, ‘Essence’ and its own brand diamond range, ‘Beyond Brilliance’ which was exclusively designed for Beaverbrooks’ 100th Birthday and “the only diamond cut of its kind in the world”.
The jewellery company also claimed that Beaverbrooks will be the only stockist of Royal Asscher Diamonds and Canadian brand Maple Leaf Diamonds.
On top of its collection of diamonds, jewellery and Tag Heuer watches, the new 3,380sq ft retail space will also house a bridal collection.
It stated that the new expansion will see Beaverbrooks cement its position as a “leading diamond, watch and jewellery destination in the city and wider region”.
The UK national jeweller operates 79 outlets across the country and the new Tag Heuer Boutique is the 10th addition to its portfolio and will generate four new jobs to the area
