Deakin and Francis has announced the launch of special cufflinks designed to commemorate the coronation of King Charles.

The cufflinks entitled ‘King Charles Cypher Cufflinks’ are available in both oblong and oval styles across four different colours.

The one-of-a-kind cufflinks feature the king’s cypher and are crafted using a rare industry technique called vitreous enamelling.

Vitreous enamelling involves up to six layers of powdered glass being applied by hand to each piece.

The cufflinks are stamped by using traditional manufacturing tools at the house of Deakin and Francis in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.

Henry Deakin, managing director, said: We are so proud to launch these cufflinks to commemorate the coronation of King Charles III. These are handcrafted products to honour the king, and also celebrate British heritage. We have used age-old jewellery making techniques for over 235 years to deliver impeccable quality throughout our pieces.”
