Pomellato has expanded its Nudo range with the launch of Nudo 2025, featuring four collections namely Nudo Goes Mini, Nudo Toi et Moi, Nudo High Jewellery, and A Classic Is Born.
Launched in 2001, the original Nudo design combines Pomellato’s goldsmith artistry with a visionary approach to gemstones, featuring the signature “naked” stone setting and a variety of colorful gemstones.
The new 2025 collection features creations from high jewellery to everyday pieces, with a fresh interpretation of the Nudo aesthetic.
The Nudo Mini collection features the brand’s signature cut in a smaller dimension, preserving the collection’s “distinctive character” while offering a more “delicate” interpretation of its contemporary design.
The collection comprises two pendants and two bangles, distinguished by their flexible structure and enriched with two gemstones at the ends and a square detail embellished with diamonds.
All pieces are crafted in rose gold with a choice of sky blue topaz or London blue topaz, accentuated by white diamonds. Complementing these pieces are two pairs of hoop earrings, available in the same topaz options.
Pomellato also introduced Nudo Mini in Milky Quartz, featuring a pendant, a bangle, and a pair of earrings crafted in rose gold.
Meanwhile, the Nudo Toi et Moi rings feature a graphic mosaic, combining rose gold with white topaz and a pavé of white diamonds, and London blue topaz paired with white diamonds.
Complementing these rings are two pairs of earrings, each showcasing the same combinations. The design incorporates Nudo Petit diamond pavé alongside classic-sized coloured gemstones, creating a modern variation of Pomellato’s signature style.
Additionally, the Nudo High Jewellery collection boasts a selection of rare gemstones, including rubellite with deep raspberry tones, the “rich” blue of tanzanite, and the “soft hues” of aquamarine.
Each stone is chosen not only for its quality but also for its unique characteristics, in line with Pomellato’s “Free Gems” philosophy. The centerpiece of the collection is a necklace with a diamond-accented chain, demonstrating Pomellato’s craftsmanship.
The design introduces volume and movement, with the Nudo setting reimagined to feature a rounded gold frame—available in rose gold or white gold with diamonds for the tanzanite version. A structured framework at the back of each gemstone “enhances its luminosity”.
The collection also includes drop earrings and cocktail rings, each featuring a white diamond halo that contrasts with the bezel while maintaining a minimalist design.
Lastly, the latest addition to the A Classic Is Born collection is a sautoir crafted in rose and white gold, featuring white mother-of-pearl and diamonds. The design incorporates different-sized gems placed at irregular intervals along the chain, creating a sense of movement. Its versatility allows it to be worn in multiple ways, including as a double row, lariat, or long necklace.
Pomellato said: “In 2025, this iconic collection writes its most groundbreaking chapter yet, spanning from precious High Jewelry creations to playful everyday pieces, with a fresh interpretation of the beloved Nudo aesthetic that appeals to both long-time fans and newcomers to the brand.”
