Rudell the Jewellers has launched an enhanced website to coincide with the recent opening of its Birmingham showroom on New Street.

The jeweller, which also operates showrooms in Wolverhampton and Harborne, said the revamped website is designed to match the in-store experience with a focus on service, product detail and accessibility.

The Birmingham showroom opened in November 2024, marking what showroom manager Glenn Jenkinson-Deakin called “a pivotal moment” for the company.

The site features collections from brands including Patek Philippe, IWC, FOPE, Chopard and Mikimoto. Product pages now include real-time availability, high-resolution imagery and detailed descriptions.

Jenkinson-Deakin said: “Launching our Birmingham showroom was a pivotal moment. But we knew that in today’s world, our digital presence had to evolve alongside our physical one. The new website is an extension of everything Rudells stands for.”

Director Sioux Jones added: “Our digital presence should be as polished and inviting as our showrooms. We’ve built Rudells on trust, knowledge, and service, and now our website delivers that experience to clients wherever they are.”

Alongside ecommerce functionality, the website offers editorial content such as shopping guides, servicing information and gift suggestions. The platform also includes options for live enquiries and appointment bookings.

The jeweller said the website redesign reinforces its commitment to combining traditional customer service with a modern digital experience.
