Precious metal specialist The Betts Group has launched the 3D Wedding Ring Designer, an interactive digital platform that allows users to create bespoke wedding rings in real time.

It combines 360-degree imagery with adjustable design capabilities, and retailers can use the system to configure profiles, widths and depths in 0.1-millimetre increments. 

They can also select precious metal alloys, stone settings and laser engraving.

The web-based interface contains no consumer-facing branding, allowing independent business owners to use the system as an in-store sales tool without integrating it into existing websites.

Rings created on the platform are available in 14-carat gold and full provenance gold alloys. 

The materials use independently verified metals, including Single Mine Origin gold and AgAIN silver.

The system was previewed at the Retail Jeweller Festival in March 2026 prior to its formal release. 

Existing website users can request access through the company platform, while new customers must register online.
