Clarity and Success Software has acquired retail jewellery software company Bransom Retail Systems.
As its new owners, the group said it will bring “fresh impetus” to Bransom and, with a combined strengthened presence in the jewellery and watch market, can provide retailers with a “comprehensive portfolio” of software innovations and related products.
It added that Bransom had developed an “outstanding reputation” and provided hundreds of customers with a “reputable and reliable” stock management and point of sale system.
Clarity and Success Software managing director Karen Russel said: “After almost 30 years of Bransom Retail Systems, company owner and managing director Chris Garland will step down for a well earned retirement and thus pave the way for new things as the business has been acquired by Clarity and Success Software.
“As a globally operating company, Clarity and Success has been successful in the IT sector for 25 years and will ensure continued strong market performance”
