Luxury jewellery consortium Houlden has appointed Lancashire-based Sarah Layton Jewellers as the 30th member of its community.
Houlden welcomed the jeweller’s team, which specialises in fine diamonds, gem-set jewellery, watches and contemporary jewellery brands, to their second and final members’ conference and Supplier Exhibition of 2019.
Having attended the group’s London event in February as guests, the jewellers are now able to take advantage of the “collective trade purchasing power” of Houlden and its member base, located across the UK and Ireland.
According to the consortium, Sarah Layton Jewellers has a “wealth of experience” in the jewellery industry, which “prides themselves on providing a truly first class customer experience”.
Nigel Layton-Hill, director of Sarah Layton Jewellers, said: “Being a member of the Houlden group is an exciting prospect for [us], as our brand objectives and business strategy complement each other so well. We are delighted to join Houlden as we feel extremely aligned to the group and will undoubtedly benefit from the ‘Houlden Advantage’, so we look forward to a long and mutually beneficial association.”
