Kimaï jewellery has just launched the Unity bracelet for men, made from 18k solid gold with a cord band. The piece is available to purchase in different colours and is priced at £325.

A brushed gold version is also available in yellow, rose, and white gold with prices ranging from £175 to £1,500.

Founded in 2018, Kimaï said its aim was to bring “clarity, innovation and inclusivity” to the diamond industry.

Kimaï has “spearheaded” the use of lab-grown diamonds and recycled gold in an attempt to address the needs of their increasingly ‘moral and environmentally conscious” generation of consumers.

The group exclusively uses 18k recycled gold for its jewellery and works with goldsmiths in Antwerp, who use existing jewellery and melt it down to form solid yellow, white and rose gold, which can be reshaped to form new designs.

Kimaï said that when it comes to mining for gold, “there’s nothing better” than recycling old pieces to create something new, rather than further “pillaging” the world’s natural resources for gold that is already available.
