The company was set up specifically to sell and distribute the SO-B brand in the UK but since 20 June has been liquidated due to its £107,265 of debts, according to papers filed at Companies House.
Major creditors include Bailey Book Keeping, DJB services, Charlotte Road, Redwall and T&A Greenfield.
SO-B is a fashion jewellery brand founded by Norwegian jewellery designer Borre Olsen and his business partner Tommy Solhaug.
Alan Smith who has been working with the brand through 410 Retail Ltd has confirmed that the brand has now been pulled from all UK retail outlets.
