Award winning Sheffield jewellery designer and manufacturer, Jessica Flinn is expanding her workforce with two new appointments.

Mary Overmeer joins the team at the Jessica Flinn Boutique at 268 Sharrow Vale Road where she will work in sales and also use her skills as a professional photographer to photograph all Jessica’s collections for the company’s official website.

Matt Dunham will be working alongside Jessica at her design studio in the historic Lion Works at Kelham Island.

In his post as technical and design assistant, he will work on product specification sheets and will also be maintaining the company’s website.

Flinn said: “Having started out completely on my own, I am delighted to now have a workforce of 11. It has always been my intention to give something back to the Sheffield economy and I am very pleased that the business is now able to sustain a thriving team, working both in the studio and at the boutique.

“With more new collections being developed all the time and the number of outlets now stocking my work nationwide growing – as well as regular appearances on television’s Jewellery Channel and a contract with high street chain Argos – I am confident that there is potential for even greater expansion in the months ahead.”
