The National Association of Goldsmiths’ (NAG) Executive Development Forum welcomed 21% more delegates this year than last at its Annual Oxford Congress last week.

Five guest speakers addressed the challenging title of ‘Differentiating yourself in a Commoditised world’in the Four Pillars Hotel.

The experts provided advice on immediate business issues as well as strategic stimulus for the future.

Christine Colbert (House Creative) covered the topic of Communicating your difference while Michael Donaldson (The Value Innovator) covered Discovering your distinctive values.
