Swiss watch manufacturer IWC Schaffhausen has announced plans to open its first UK boutique in London, set to open before the end of the year.

The new boutique, which will be located at 138 New Bond Street in Mayfair, will offer clients a “unique and dedicated brand experience.”

Georges Kern, CEO of IWC, said: “An IWC boutique in London has been a key focus of the brand for some time now. It was however important to find the ideal location, one that provided a fit with both who we are as a brand and our customers’ expectations.”

Simon Chambers, IWC’s UK brand director, said: “Timing-wise, we felt that it was important to create a destination for the brand which could exclusively showcase the full watch collection manufactured by IWC – a first within the UK.”

IWC recently launched two new watches in collaboration with F1 drivers Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton.
