Luxury jeweller has announced that it is to invest more than £1m in its London stores, including the addition of a fourth store.

The investment will include a refurbishment of its premises in Canary Wharf, Victoria and Westfield, as well as the addition of a new fourth store located on Oxford Street. Each store will offer a wide selection of diamond and gold jewellery.

The first of its stores to be refurbished was its Canary Wharf property, which opened on September 25 with a dedicated new branded area.

Goldsmiths Victoria reopened on October 2 and features a new shop-in-shop area with Cartier, Omega and Breitling, while Goldsmiths White City, Westfield, will reopen on November 1 with a dedicated area to Tag Heuer, Tissot and Michael Kors.

Meanwhile, the new Goldsmiths location will occupy the former Watches of Switzerland store located at 4013 Oxford Street, following its recent relocation.

Craig Bolton, executive brand director for Goldsmiths, said that the investment marks a “very exciting” time for those at Goldsmiths in London.

He said: “The London refurbishments and addition of our new location on Oxford Street will not only offer more comfortable and spacious surroundings for our customers, but also enables us to showcase some of our most sought-after brands in a dedicated, specialist setting.”
