Swiss watch retailer, the Watches of Switzerland Group, has announced a UK distribution partnership with DOXA, an independent Swiss watch manufacturer.

The deal will see DOXA’s collection made available at the Watches of Switzerland showroom in Stratford Shopping Centre, as well as online at Goldsmiths, Mappin and Webb, and the Watches of Switzerland websites.

Jan Edöcs, CEO at DOXA, said: “We are very proud to have been selected by the Watches of Switzerland Group to complement their range of prestigious brands, not only physically in their stores, but also on their e-commerce platform.

“The reach and strength of the Watches of Switzerland Group network will further strengthen the momentum and DOXA’s overall development in the UK.”

Founded in 1989, DOXA is renowned for its dive watchmaking history, creating the first professional grade diver’s watch from the ground up in the 1960s.

The latest collaboration will include the launch of DOXA’s SUB 300 carbon collection debut, offering a modern take on its iconic diver’s watch.

Craig Bolton, executive director at the Watches of Switzerland, acknowledged that DOXA has “made a mark for its diving watches”, adding that the firm is proud to aid the “growth of this exceptional brand”.

He said: “We’re thrilled to announce the launch of this partnership with DOXA, and to be able to continue to offer our customers an unmatched range of luxury swiss timepieces.”
