Goldsmiths, a luxury watch and jewellery retailer and part of the Watches of Switzerland Group, has reopened its showroom in the West Quay Shopping Centre, Southampton, with the new luxury design.
The Goldsmiths showroom has undergone a refurbishment which now boasts a fresh interior, as well as a line-up of luxury timepieces and fine-jewellery brands.
The refurbished space has provided a light, open plan showroom, with a new hospitality area and seating where clients can browse through the collections. The space was designed in partnership with the UK-based design collective Quadrant Design.
The showroom features luxury jewellery brands FOPE, Jenny Packham, Mappin and Webb and for the first time, Messika jewellery.
Goldsmiths said each piece of Messika ladies’ jewellery has been crafted to capture the timeless beauty of diamonds, while offering a contemporary feel which sits perfectly in the modern open plan showroom.
Craig Bolton, president of the Watches of Switzerland Group, UK and Europe, said: “This is a significant milestone for Goldsmiths, luxury today has become far more relaxed, inclusive, and experiential, so while we are elevating the Goldsmiths brand position, our goal is to make for everyone feel valued and at home when visiting our showrooms.
“Having recently opened a TAG Heuer boutique in the shopping centre we hope the investment demonstrates our on-going commitment to the shopping centre and our local clients.”
