London-based designer Elle Duende has launched its first collection named “Bibaland”.
The new collection is inspired by a London department store from the sixties named Biba. Barbara Hulanacki ,the fashion designer and owner of BIBA, pioneered a contemporary style that blended Art Nouveau, Art Deco, Victoriana and Hollywood.
Featured in the collection is a set of three diamond ear cuffs. They have an Art Deco shape, featuring symmetrical high polished facets.
The collection is produced using 18k recycled yellow gold and diamonds. It aims to combine the traditional claw setting with a channel setting to provide a modern and almost industrial look.
