Jessica Flinn unveils Little Mermaid engagement ring collection

Jeweller Jessica Flinn has unveiled a new collection of engagement rings inspired by the Little Mermaid.

The collection contains three moissanite rings; The Cordelia, The Elspeth and Henrietta.

The Cordelia is an Emerald cut ring with a graduated halo which retails for £1,760.

The Elspeth is a marquise cut ring with pear cut side stones and also retails for £1,760.

Lastly, Henrietta is an oval cut ring with round brilliant cut diamond side stones which retails for £1.470.

All the designs are made to order and are available in white gold, rose gold, yellow gold and platinum.

Jessica-Allen Flinn, CEO and co-founder, said: “Have you ever wondered what would happen if you shook a mermaid really hard, collected all the sparkles, and then shoved them into a gemstone-shaped mould? Well, I don’t know what that would make, but my guess is… It would look like a teal moissanite.

“In fact, the sheer indulgence of the teal moissanite, when paired with a rich yellow or rose gold, can be topped by very little, having the hypnotic effect that one should normally experience when walking into a cavern full of treasure. Whereas embraced by a cool metal such as white gold or platinum, she takes on a striking, almost intimidating amount of presence, shamelessly tempting you to stare into her for eternity.”
