Boodles has partnered with Stanhope Insurance to offer customers 14 days of complimentary worldwide insurance coverage on jewellery purchases made in-store or online.

Under this partnership, Boodles customers will now get instant protection on jewellery purchases of up to £500,000, covering loss, theft, accidental damage, and fire anywhere in the world. Watches are excluded, but all other jewellery qualifies.

Following a successful trial at one of Boodles’ flagship stores, the initiative has now been permanently extended across all Boodles boutiques nationwide.

Customers who wish to extend their insurance beyond the complimentary 14-day period also receive an exclusive 10% discount on a full Stanhope policy, offering comprehensive, worldwide all-risk coverage with immediate effect.

James Amos, managing director of Boodles, said: “At Boodles, we are always looking for ways to enhance the experience of our customers. By partnering with Stanhope, we can offer an additional level of security and service, ensuring our clients can wear and enjoy their jewellery from the moment they leave the store, free from concerns about insurance.”

Matthew Ashton, director at Stanhope Insurance, added “We are delighted to be working with Boodles on this initiative, which is designed to make purchasing fine jewellery an even more seamless and enjoyable experience.

“We understand the importance of protecting valuable items from the moment they are acquired, and this collaboration ensures that Boodles customers can enjoy their jewellery with complete peace of mind.”
