De Beers London has launched Vibrations, a new high jewellery collection inspired by the movement and transformative nature of inland water.
The collection features designs dedicated to diamond-sourcing regions in Namibia, South Africa, Botswana, and Canada.
The first chapter of the collection, titled Echo, was presented during Paris Haute Couture Week to mark the opening of the brand’s new flagship store on Rue de la Paix.
Story Stream: More on De Beers
The centrepiece of the Echo set is a transformable necklace featuring a 1.12-carat Fancy Intense Blue diamond sourced from Namibia.
The piece can be reconfigured into six different jewels, including a contemporary tiara and detachable earrings. The set also includes a ring featuring a 5.21-carat D Flawless diamond.
The collection marks the first time De Beers has incorporated diamonds sourced through its GemFair initiative into a High Jewellery range.
Meanwhile, the Riverborn capsule within the collection features 12 unique pieces using rough and polished diamonds from artisanal miners in Sierra Leone.
The collection also introduces the Modern Lines set, which reinterprets the house’s signature diamond lines.
The range includes a necklace, bracelet, and drop earrings that combine polished round brilliant diamonds with triangular and portrait-shaped rough diamonds.
The stones are joined with white-gold fil couteau links using a spectacle setting technique designed to make the diamonds appear to float on the skin.
Additionally, the Vibrations collection also features a series of Toi et Moi rings. The centrepiece of this range is a “one-of-a-kind” pairing of an octahedral rough diamond and a cushion-cut polished diamond, both cut from the same rough stone.
Additional rings in the set feature pear-cut or oval diamonds juxtaposed with organic rough diamonds from Sierra Leone, set in bands of white or yellow gold with textured Florentine engravings.
Sustainability and traceability remain central to the brand’s “Origins” strategy, which included a rebrand from De Beers Jewellers to De Beers London in early 2025.
Emmanuelle Nodale, chief executive of De Beers London, said: “Echo, the first set of our Vibrations High Jewellery collection, captures the emotion of water in motion through a transformable masterpiece centred on a rare Fancy Intense Blue diamond.
“It also incorporates a selection of artisanally mined diamonds sourced through GemFair — connecting exceptional design to the people and places at the very beginning of a diamond’s journey.”
Sandrine Conseiller, chief executive of De Beers Brands, added: “Bringing these diamonds to consumers through this new collection celebrates the beauty of natural diamonds while telling a story of the producers’ empowerment and transformation.”
