Alan Mace (pictured), who has led the organisation for 12 years, has presided over a time in which the company has become a driving force in the watch market, winning many awards along the way.

The boss will now leave the job to current brand director Mark Robinson, who will take the reins as of 1 March.

Alan commented: “[The period] has been the most exciting and rewarding time in my business career.”

Mark will take his experience within the company to his new role and continue to broaden the reach of the Citizen brand to a wider consumer audience.

“I’m thrilled for Mark,” added Alan. “He richly deserves this promotion and I know I will be leaving the brand in safe hands.”
