Mondaine announces new watch for John Lewis 150th anniversary

Mondaine has joined forces with John Lewis to celebrate its 150th anniversary by designing a commemorative watch in its honour.

The only watch brand involved in the John Lewis anniversary, Mondaine was specially commissioned by the retailer to mark the historic occasion.

In a statement, the firm said: “Mondaine was chosen as the brand reflects qualities that continue to inspire all John Lewis do; from excellent design to craftsmanship and style.”

Mondaine’s UK brand director Derek Salter said: “Mondaine is delighted to work with such an iconic British institution as John Lewis, and is proud to produce a timepiece to celebrate its 150 fantastic years.

“Mondaine shares many of the John Lewis brand values, honouring excellent skill and artistry, alongside unrivalled customer service, creating a product unparalleled by its competitors.”
