Citizen Watch UK achieves record breaking 2014

Citizen Watch UK has announced a record year for 2014, with sales up 7.8% in December and 7.7% for the year.
Growth in sales for the brand’s female line was up 15.6% in December, with the company citing “huge marketing investment” in the run up to Christmas as a key contributing factor.
Men’s watches for Citizen saw annual growth of 9.6% The results place the brand as the fourth watch brand in December and the first within its competitor set, according to the panel market data from market research institute, GFK.
Citizen credits its success to “ongoing dedication to producing quality, yet affordable timepieces”, alongside its multi-channel marketing approach, which saw the signing of brand ambassador Katherine Jenkins and the sponsorship of Aviva Premiership Rugby.
