Fine diamond jewellery retailer Boodles is set to expand its presence in Manchester with the opening of a new three-level store.

The company is set to move its Manchester store into Manchester city centre’s King Street, where it will operate a 3,000 sq ft store which will undergo a major refurbishment early next year.

Jody Wainwright, director at Boodles, said: “We’ve had a presence on King Street for a number of years and know that it is the number one location for luxury jewellery shopping in the North West.

“On the back of the success of our current store, we’re now looking to expand our presence in Manchester, and we’re delighted that we’re able to do this at one of King Street’s most prominent spaces.”

Boodles was founded in Liverpool in 1798 and now operates in nine locations including a flagship store on London’s Bond Street.
