Icelandic jeweller Aurum is set to showcase its new Asterias collection at the upcoming International Jewellery London (IJL) event.

Designer Guðbjörg’s Kristín Ingvarsdóttir’s designs are inspired by Icelandic nature, and characterised by movement, finesse and balance. Each piece is handcrafted in pure sterling silver at the company‘s workshop in Reykjavík, Iceland.

Aurum

Founded in 1999, Aurum stands for Ambition, Understanding, Responsibility, Unity and Mindfulness. It sources materials from certified fair trade companies and all the packaging is environmentally friendly.

The brand’s packaging is modeled on Icelandic stones which Guðbjörg found on an Icelandic beach in West Iceland and made out of ‘Saa Oaoer’ or ‘Mulberry Paper’ which is the best fibre of the Mulberry tree.

Aurum will be at IJL on 3 to 5 September at Stand S106 in the Designer Brands Area.
