Motivated, hardworking and focused.
Q2) How did you get to be where you are today?
Through hard work and determination. I started up on eBay in 2004 when I saw a gap in the market to provide high-quality jewellery to people at the right price. We opened our flagship store in Birmingham three years later, and now have five stores across the UK and work with some incredible craftsmen.
Q3) What aspect of your job do you enjoy most and why?
I love seeing customers walk out the door with jewellery that they love – especially if it’s a gift for a loved one. Whether it’s an engagement ring or a pair of earrings, nothing beats seeing them smile.
Q4) What is your proudest achievement?
My proudest achievement was opening our very first store in Birmingham all those years ago!
Q5) What is the best life advice you have ever been given?
Never say never – hard work and persistence will get you exactly where you need to be.
Q6) What is your next goal?
The next step is to look at expanding internationally and make affordable, high-quality jewellery available to more people across the globe.
