Hublot has announced the launch of its new Classic Fusion Chronograph Special Edition Capri timepiece.
The bright blue watch has been created as a limited edition timepiece, with only 30 pieces made. It is available exclusively in the group’s boutique on Capri island, which opened in 2017.
The design was reportedly inspired by the aesthetic of the island. Its 45-mm case is made of polishedblack ceramic with a satin finish, surrounded by a bezel which is machined from ceramic in a turquoise blue, which also features on the striated rubber strap.
This unisex timepiece also contains the HUB1143 self-winding chronograph movement with a power reserve of 42 hours.
Ricardo Guadalupe, CEO of Hublot, said: “Symbolising “la dolce vita”, Capri is dotted with secret coves, sunny lanes to be discovered, clifftop flower gardens and balconies lined with pine, lemon and olive trees.
“Boasting dizzying views over the sumptuous Bay of Naples, the pearl of Southern Italy is a veritable treasure trove which inspired Hublot to set up its boutique there in 2017. We think it deserves to be celebrated again.”
