Time and More UK has strengthens its leadership team with the appointment of Neil Morley as its new sales director.
Morley will reportedly bring with him “extensive experience” in sales leadership and business development within the watch and jewellery sectors, having spent over 25 years in the industry.
In addition, he has worked in senior sales positions alongside managing director Duncan Harris for over a decade. His previous roles have included senior sales positions at Timex and Bulova watch companies.
Prior to joining the wholesale distributors of Briston watches and Columbia Sportswear watches, Morley was integral in the expansion of independent sales within the Rotary watch organization.
He now joins Time and More UK as part of its “planned and continued team growth to spearhead the further development of the company’s brands in the marketplace”.
Duncan Harris, founder and managing director of Time and More UK, said: “Neil has experience that is very hard to find. Our market is an incredibly tough one, without all the changes COVID has irrespectively imposed on us all.
“Neil will be working with our partners in focusing on more strategic communications around new product launches, to be more open to broader audiences outside of what has always been considered the norm.”
He added: ‘Time and More’s relationships with its current brands and continued conversations with new partners alike continues to support this mission.
“Neil’s blend of experience in selling luxury brands to the UK and global high street as well as online retail gives him a very strong foundation on which to assist Time and More UK in developing business opportunities based on a deep understanding of the marketplace and how retail is now working in such changed and difficult times.”
Morley said: “I’m really excited to be joining the leadership team at Time and More UK. Opportunities like this don’t come along that often.
“Time and More UK has already proven itself as one of the most passionate, progressive, and innovative companies in the watch distribution sector, despite being the new kid on the block.”
He added: “I am looking forward to helping realise the potential of this fast-growing company to help retailers engage new audiences and demonstrate the importance of effectively communicating new brands direct to their consumers.”
