Citizen has announced the launch of a renewed national watch registration programme which will provide customers with an extended guarantee.
Customers who sign up to the programme receive a one-year extension to the five-year guarantee provided with the firm’s products.
The registration programme is open to all customers who have made a purchase from 1 December 2013 onwards and will be facilitated online.
The option to register will be promoted through a support leaflet supplied with each watch at the time of purchase, and those registering their watches will also be entered into a monthly prize draw with the opportunity to win a second watch to the value of their purchase.
Citizen retailers will be supported by an extensive consumer direct marketing programme, ensuring the brand retains a high level of visibility.
