Online watch retailer Watch Shop has been giving inclusion in Google Certified Shops programme in recognition of its “positive shopping experience.”

To help shoppers identify online merchants that offer a “great” shopping experience, the Google Certified Shop badge is awarded to ecommerce sites that demonstrate a track record of on-time shipping and excellent customer service.

The programme offers customers the option to select free purchase protection from Google. The search giant offers up to £1,000 lifetime purchase protection for eligible purchases.

Kishore Naib, director of Watch Shop, said: “We are pleased to have been approved as a Google Certified Shop. It provides additional certification for the great online shopping experience and customer service we offer consumers.”

Customers who use Watch Shop will now see a badge and can click on it for more information.
