Beaverbrooks re-certified by Responsible Jewellery Council

The Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) has announced that Beaverbrooks the Jewellers has achieved Certification against the 2013 Code of Practices at its head office and all 67 stores across the UK.

Andrew Bone, RJC’s executive director, said: “It is a pleasure to announce that Beaverbrooks the Jewellers has been certified against the 2013 COP. The new provisions under the 2013 COP address important issues for our Members and their supply chain. We are thrilled to see members achieving certification against the standard and warmly congratulate Beaverbrooks the Jewellers.”

The successful verification assessment was led by Peter Warbrick from SGS United Kingdom Limited, one of the independent third-party auditing firms accredited by the RJC.
